Validation & warnings

The Warnings control on the utility rail is hidden when the sequence looks healthy. When issues exist, a red alert icon appears. Opening it lists problems; clicking a row jumps to the related step.

What we check

• Missing Trigger or End steps
• Wait steps with 0 minutes
• Incentive steps with no incentive selected
• Empty email or SMS bodies on the active step
• Email preview text over 50 characters
• SMS body over 160 characters

Warnings are advisory — you can still activate a sequence — but resolving them before going live avoids silent no-ops (for example, an incentive step that attaches nothing).
